MATRESCENCE DOULA + MOTHERHOOD COACH

The transition into motherhood is disorienting, to say the least. One day you're yourself—a "me"—the next, you're a mom—a "we"—and somewhere in between that, you've lost track of who you really are.
As a matrescence doula, my job is to mother the mother: to listen, educate, empathize, and support you through this transition with the wisdom of someone who've walked this path too. Through one-on-one coaching, I help you navigate the identity shift of motherhood.
Start with The First Step—a free intro call to see if we're a good fit. From there, dive into The Awakening, my structured six-session journey through matrescence. Continue your growth with The Companion for flexible, ongoing support, or book The Deep Dig when you need focused clarity on what's coming up. You're not broken, you're not failing, and you don't have to figure this out alone.

Gather with Mom Dog and other moms who get it. We’ll talk honestly about the reality of matrescence, support each other through the grief, and create the village you’ve been craving.
In Mothers Circles, you’ll find out you’re not the only one. Through guided conversations, reflective journaling, and raw honesty about how this transition actually feels, you’ll build real connections with other women who are living it too.
When you stop pretending everything’s fine and start to get real about what you’re really going through, that’s when you finally find your pack.

Your body has been through pregnancy, birth, sleepless nights, and the relentless physical demands of caring for a tiny human. It deserves more than being ignored until something hurts.
With more than 13 years experience, Mom Dog offers private yoga instruction tailored to what you need: one-on-one sessions, small group classes, or private events for you and your crew.
I also host public workshops and events around Nashville where you can move, breathe, and connect with other mothers. Whether you practice in person or virtually, alone or with others, yoga offers a chance to remember you have a body that's yours.
Moms need moms, too.
The sense of overwhelm? The identity crisis? The feeling like you’re failing at everything?
None of it is your fault. None of it is permanent. And it’s not just you.
It’s that you didn’t have proper support for navigating the all-encompassing changes that come with motherhood.
But now you do.
You never go broke investing in yourself.
(Especially when your first call is literally free)
