Join Mom Dog the second to last Saturday of every month for one hour of connection and community with other East Nashville moms navigating matrescence.
Don’t brush your hair, don’t dress up, and don’t bring anything with you — aside from an open heart and mind. Okay, and maybe some water to stay hydrated. Together we will sit, share, listen, and connect. Following a brief meditation and personal introductions, Mom Dog will introduce a theme or subject for discussion and then open up the floor for conversation. There will be laughs. There will be tears. There will be growth. And who knows? You just might meet the moms who soon form your pack.
As mothers, we do so much for our babies, but this time is for you. Please arrange for childcare during this hour so you can be fully present and gain the most from this Mothers Circle.
