THE AWAKENING

STRUCTURED SIX-SESSION PROGRAM

The Awakening was designed for mothers who know something is wrong but can’t put their finger on what. Who are neither postpartum depressed, nor clinically depressed, but somehow still very much feel…depressed. It’s for moms who feel split in half, cerebrally stunted, emotionally untethered, or physically run down. In other words, it’s for moms in transition.

With bi-weekly virtual coaching sessions, intentionally selected resources, thought-provoking journaling prompts and more, mothers who commit to The Awakening will:

  • Explore and understand the shifts you’ve undergone through a new, matricentric lens

  • Reignite the fire that still burns bright inside you

  • Redefine and redesign your life, so it reflects who you were — and who you are

  • Find more peace and clarity so you can live and mother confidently

The Awakening is a six-step journey of discovery and healing so you can be a better mother to your children — and to yourself.

A woman and a young girl are playing in a backyard, swinging on a swing set. A dog is nearby, and a second child is standing near the house. The yard is green with scattered fallen leaves, and there are trees with fall-colored leaves and a wooden fence in the background.

“Mom Dog is the coach all new moms didn’t know they needed. And this is coming from a birth and postpartum doula! This work is innovative, highlighting the areas where we can save energy for ourselves and, in turn, be better moms and family members.”

A  LOYAL  COMPANION  FOR  MOMS  IN  TRANSITION

Mom Dog meets you where you are — often disoriented, often pissed, often deeply in love and deeply unsure — and walks alongside you as you piece yourself back together.

This isn’t about becoming a perfect parent. And it isn’t about getting your old life back, either.

It’s about staying connected to your whole self in a season that demands everything of you. It’s about laughing at the chaos, naming the grief, and rediscovering your spark before it burns out entirely.

Most of all, it’s about learning how to parent yourself; how to raise you to become the mom and woman you deeply desire.

Your first session is on me.

Why? Because finding the right coach is like dating: you’ve gotta feel sparks before making things exclusive. Since you’re initiating the first hang, I’m happy to pick up the tab.
