A STRUCTURED SIX-SESSION COACHING PROGRAM FOR 8 MOMS

The Awakening Cohort is a group coaching program in which Mom Dog supports eight mothers simultaneously — and facilitates support among the mothers, too. Designed for mothers who are less than seven years into motherhood, this is a space where moms can bear witness to one another’s unraveling. And their evolution.

Over the course of three months, this group of eight women will not only find clarity regarding their own experience of motherhood, but also discover validation, connection, and comfort in the experiences shared by their peers. The Cohort delivers an exploration of the same material the solo Awakening program offers — the workbooks, the language, the "user's manual" for what's happening to you throughout your matrescence — with the bonus of a built-in community ready to dig in with you, and provide support all the while.

INCLUDES:

Let me take a guess…

You’ve become irritable, snappy, angry. Yelling a lot, and hating yourself for it.

You feel guilty for wanting to work, and guilty for sending your kids to daycare.

You’re drowning in your never ending to-do list. You feel like you’ll never catch up.

You’re resentful. Burnt out. Overwhelmed and underwhelmed by everything you have to do.

You thought motherhood would make you whole, but it’s left you with a gaping hole.

You’re not the only mother who feels this way.

Connecting with other moms who not only feel it — but admit it! — is one of the best remedies.

“I believe the role of matrescence is to awaken us all.”
