As the year winds down and the holidays ramp up, our tendency to measure ourselves against everyone else reaches a fever pitch. Every late-night scroll chips away at how we see ourselves and what we believe we’re worth as moms. So close the app for an hour. Trade the curated highlight reel for a gathering of real-life moms spilling the truth about this season. Then let’s get curious about what all that comparisonitis is really trying to tell you.

ABOUT: Join Mom Dog on Friday, December 11th for a 60-minute VRTUAL Mothers Circle where moms from all over can gather for connection and community while exploring their experience of matrescence.

Don’t brush your hair, don’t dress up, and don’t bring anything with you — aside from an open heart and mind. Okay, and maybe some water to stay hydrated. This is Zoom, hunny! Together we will sit, share, listen, and connect. Following a brief guided meditation and personal introductions, Mom Dog will introduce a theme or subject for discussion and then open up the virtual floor for conversation. There will be laughs. There will be tears. There will be growth. And who knows? You just might meet other moms who soon form your pack.
